1. Service Agreement

By using Atlanta Ride Care's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include non-emergency medical transportation for ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher patients.

2. Service Requirements

• Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Valid identification and payment details must be provided. This is a private-pay service; we do not bill Medicare or Medicaid directly.
• Medical necessity documentation may be required for certain services.
• Accurate pickup and destination addresses must be provided.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee.
• No-shows will be charged a service fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• All rides are private pay. We do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance directly.
• Payment options include credit cards and digital payment methods, agreed at booking as a flat quoted rate.
• A valid payment method must be on file before service is provided.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Passengers must follow all safety instructions.
• Seatbelts must be worn at all times when applicable.
• No smoking, eating, or drinking in vehicles.
• Disruptive behavior may result in service termination.

6. Liability

Atlanta Ride Care maintains appropriate insurance coverage for our services. However, we are not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic or weather conditions.
• Personal items left in vehicles.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Changes to these terms will be posted on our website.
